Gift Card Reminders App

1. App Purpose

This app helps users manage and remember to use their gift cards by allowing them to:

• Create reminders
• Store optional notes
• Take and save photos of gift cards on their own device

2. Data and Privacy

All data, including photos, is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app does not use cloud storage or third-party services to handle your data. For more information, see our Privacy Notice.

3. Permissions

To function properly, the app may request access to:

• Camera – for taking photos of gift cards
• Device storage – to save those photos locally

You can deny these permissions, but it may limit certain features.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you enter
• Managing and deleting stored data
• Keeping your device secure if sensitive card details are stored

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or misused gift cards.

5. Limitations

This app does not validate or check gift card balances or expiration dates with third-party systems. It is intended as a personal reminder tool only.

6. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Updates

We may occasionally release updates to improve functionality or fix bugs. Continued use after an update implies acceptance of any revised terms.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data, unless your device retains backups.
